Key Responsibilities
Our innovative Global Support Team is a group of like-minded professionals, tasked with supporting the business with all manner of administration. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and arranging conferencing facilities as required, preparing documentation and typing of correspondence, ensuring that active files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded.Additional duties include :

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are seeking an individual who holds previous administration experience within a legal or professional services environment, who has a tech savvy outlook and who would be happy to work in a busy environment where quality of work is key.You will have good organisational skills with an ability to efficiently and effectively manage your workload. Strong attention to detail is essential and you will need to be proficient in Word / Outlook with a working knowledge of Excel.
