About the role You will join the "Infrastructure & Security Services" team, providing secure and high-quality services to prestigious clients in the banking, financial, industrial, and service sectors. You are flexible and available to work in shifts, ensuring service continuity for our clients. Key responsibilitiesImplement and manage clients' network architectures.Provide second-level support for network-related incidents, problems, and changes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of network infrastructures (performance, optimization, monitoring, tools).Automate recurring network tasks (analysis, scripting, deployment).Oversee and execute WAN / LAN / Tel connections, audits, and documentation.Analyze and participate in cable work follow-ups.Configure Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, etc.).Integrate virtual environments (VMware, Firewall, Windows / Linux servers).Collaborate with Telecom operators for technical follow-ups.Implement, monitor, and test Business Continuity Service solutions.Support Business Managers in Telecom-related projects. Your profileStrong knowledge of Cisco network equipment.Experience in network infrastructure management and optimization.Familiarity with virtualized environments and Telecom operations.Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
