IWM offers, through its Management Company CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management), an effective solution for the sustainable development of its Luxembourg investment funds for its Wealth Management clients.

Indosuez Wealth Management has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and has built a strong and recognised Private Markets platform close to 7.5 bn of assets under management.

Through Primary, Secondary and co-investment strategies on Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure, the alternative platform has more than 180 closed-end and semi liquid compartments.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Markets Risk Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role will be critical in ensuring robust risk management practices across our investment portfolios, supporting both the Conducting Officer and the Head of Risk Management, on a fast growing activity, with exposure to other entities of the CA Indosuez group.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks for Private Markets investments.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and oversight of private market assets, including Fund of Funds covering Private Equity, Private Debt, Secondary and Infrastructure strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance and risk profiles of private market investments, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.

Collaborate closely with the Conducting Officer and Head of Risk Management to align risk management practices with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with internal and external risk management standards.

Lead risk management projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in private markets risk management.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, legal, and compliance departments.

Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Embody a private markets risk management expertise, liaising with other teams within the CA Indosuez / Degroof Petercam group, on asset management risk or to help capture specific related banking risks

Formation / Spécialisation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA, FRM) preferred.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

6 - 10 ans

Expérience

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management within Private Markets, with a focus on Fund of Funds, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.

Compétences recherchées

Extensive knowledge and expertise in various Private Markets asset classes, including Fund of Funds covering Private Equity, Private Debt, Secondary and Infrastructure strategies.

Strong background in the valuation of private markets is mandatory, as well as good communication and coordination skills.

Demonstrated expertise in the valuation of private market assets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Leadership and initiative, to tackle various projects and animate cross entities works

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Outils informatiques

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
