Principales tâches et responsabilités

You will join our Sales department, and be responsible for overall liaison between Sales & Customers in terms of Kronospan products in all current and potential markets / countries.

Your daily work consists of :

• Drive sales and growth in target markets ;
• Collaborate with local sales teams to expand market share and acquire new customers ;
• Manage key accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers ;
• Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable growth ;
• Oversee sales planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring ;
• Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decisions ;
• Lead and develop the sales team, including Sales Managers and Product / Marketing Managers ;
• Provide training, performance monitoring, and appraisals ;
• Manage sales operations, stock levels, and marketing materials ;
• Conduct customer visits to build relationships and identify growth opportunities ;
• Improve customer service and satisfaction ;
• Meet or exceed sales targets, margin goals, and market share objectives.
