You will join a mid-sized structure with around 50 employees, benefiting from direct interaction with senior associates and partners who remain accessible and approachable. You will play a central role in supporting the firm's teams in Banking & Finance and Corporate M&A, helping them maintain an up-to-date understanding of market practices and regulatory frameworks.

Your Responsibilities | Knowledge Lawyer – Banking & Finance / Corporate M&A - Law

Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Banking & Finance and Corporate M&A practice groups, ensuring teams remain at the forefront of market changes.
Prepare and update legal templates, guidelines, and internal documentation to support lawyers in their daily practice.
Conduct legal research on complex matters and summarize findings to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
Organize and deliver internal training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of the lawyers.
Actively collaborate with lawyers across different offices to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.

Profile and Career Path | Knowledge Lawyer – Banking & Finance / Corporate M&A - Law

You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer or Knowledge Lawyer, ideally with a solid background in Banking & Finance and / or Corporate M&A in Luxembourg.

You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are considered an asset.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex legal information into practical solutions for the team.

You are autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
