Description du poste
The main functions of the Register Department are to :
- Assess the risk and the due diligence to apply to the investors and / or shareholders of funds for which CACEIS Investor Services Bank S.A. acts as registrar and transfer agent, by following the local regulations and the CACEIS procedures
- Identify and verify the customer's identity on the basis of documents, data or information obtained from reliable and independent sources
- Identify the beneficial owner
- Conduct ongoing due diligence of the business relationship
- Update accounts with static data change
To complete the above mentioned tasks the analyst is in contact with the investors and the Fund.
