Your future team

Our internal National Quality Risk & Security (NQRS) department plays an important role in ensuring high quality standards, protecting Deloitte’s reputation and managing the risks associated with the business developed by Deloitte.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Officer for our internal Compliance Office, which is part of the NQRS department, and is in charge of the coordination and supervision of all Deloitte compliance matters. In this role, you will ensure Deloitte Luxembourg’s adherence to regulatory requirements and internal professional standards and you will play a crucial part in safeguarding Deloitte’s brand and reputation and fostering a culture of integrity.

Your next challenge

  • Regulatory Analysis : Monitor internal regulatory changes and assess their impact on activities, including new regulations and Deloitte professional standards.
  • Compliance Risk Assessment : Conduct annual reviews to identify compliance risks and allocate resources for effective monitoring.
  • Monitoring and Controls Implementation : Execute compliance plans by monitoring functions like AML / KYC, GDPR, ethics, anti-corruption, market abuse, and conflict of interest.
  • Training and Policy Development : Design compliance trainings, update policies / procedures, and follow up on mandatory training attendance.
  • Reporting and Coordination : Draft reports for leadership teams, oversee the Deloitte Member Firm Standards program, and collaborate on risk / public policy activities.

    • Your skills

  • Education : Master's degree in Business, Risk, Compliance, or Law from a reputable institution.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Compliance or Risk with solid knowledge of Big 4-related regulations, laws, and guidelines.
  • Skills : Strong analytical thinking, pragmatic decision-making, and the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Attributes : Service-focused with excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and confidentiality / discretion.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in English and French.

    • While expertise in every area is not required, proven experience in key topics is essential to excel in this role.
