We are seeking a Senior Adviser / Assistant Manager in our Risk Services department

Our Risk Advisory team offers technology solutions for Financial Risk Management and Regulatory reporting topics for investment funds, asset managers and banks.

In reason of the ongoing expansion of our service offering, we are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of financial risk management monitoring (investment risk, credit risk, liquidity risk) and other reporting services.

You will be part of larger team, helping our clients in the analysis and implementation of quantitative risk management and reporting solutions in line with best practices and regulations.

What you will be working on

  • Support our clients from the asset management industry in the production or review of institutional client risk transparency reports relating to Basel III, Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks
  • Collect, transform and analyze client's data in order to develop recommendations that will enable clients to achieve their business strategy
  • Be a key contact to our clients' requests ( scope definition, data validation, providing feedback and answering questions on produced reports)
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality risk reporting and advisory deliverables
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our internal reporting platform
  • Optimize operational processes through automation and / or process streamlining
  • Advise our clients during the set-up phase of new investment funds regarding regulatory reporting requirements
  • Support the client's certification process by acting as a key contact to auditors of the investment fund
  • Expand your expertise on the regulations applying to institutional investors and their related impacts on the asset management industry
  • Actively coordinate some of the go-to-market activities (commercial proposals, clients' presentations, regulatory watch)
  • Coach and supervise a team of juniors

What we look for

  • You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Engineering or Computer Science
  • You have 2-5 years' experience in the financial sector (BIG 4 and / or fund services providers)
  • You developed a strong understanding of the investment funds industry and gained a solid background on the main financial instruments (including derivative products)
  • You have an extended working experience with Basel III and / or Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks and you are able to assess the impact for the industry
  • You are proficient in Excel. An experience with programming languages (Python, Matlab) is a strong advantage
  • You demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as to coordinate teamwork
  • You are rigorous, quality driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • You are fluent in English. French and / or German are considered as an asset
