As

part of their development, our client is eeking a highly skilled Conducting

Officer – Fund Accounting  to join their

Luxembourg-based offices and oversee fund accounting and financial reporting in

line with CSSF and AIFMD requirements.

The reporting line will be to the Head of Operations.

Your missions

Your ideal profile

Proven track record in fund administration, accounting, and oversight within asset management, a management company, Big 4, or financial services.

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, etc.) strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, UCITS, AIFMD regulations, and CSSF requirements.

Proven expertise in fund accounting and fund oversight processes, with ability to provide independent challenge.

Excellent understanding of private equity, credit, and infrastructure fund structures.

Ability to combine technical expertise with pragmatic business judgment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate complex financial topics into clear insights.

Experience collaborating across internal and external stakeholders while ensuring oversight independence.
