This role offers direct involvement in the full accounting lifecycle for a range of corporate structures, including holding companies, SPVs, and Propcos . The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment where English is the primary language of communication.

Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – International – Tax – PFS – Investment

• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes (A to Z) for a portfolio of corporate entities across the alternative investment sector.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP , support IFRS consolidation when required.
• Execute general ledger entries , including accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, and periodic reconciliations.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, including VAT filings , CSSF submissions , and other local obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties to support annual audits and ensure smooth closing processes.
