En tant que consultant indépendant, vous êtes un recruteur 360° : vous pilotez à la fois le développement commercial et le processus de recrutement.
Côté Client :
🚀 Élaborer des stratégies business pour créer, développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille client.
🚀 Prospecter activement via téléphone, email et LinkedIn pour acquérir de nouveaux clients sur votre secteur.
🚀 Comprendre les enjeux de vos clients et leur proposer des solutions sur mesure.
Côté Candidat :
🚀 Gérer le processus de recrutement de bout en bout : du sourcing au suivi d’intégration chez le client.
🚀 Constituer un vivier solide grâce à une gestion proactive de votre ATS.
🚀 Accompagner vos candidats dans leurs objectifs de carrière en les orientant vers les meilleures opportunités.
Profil recherché :
💪🏼 Vous êtes un challenger dans l’âme, animé par l’échange, le conseil et la négociation.
💪🏼 Organisation, rigueur et réactivité font partie de vos atouts.
💪🏼 Vous avez idéalement 2 ans d’expérience en cabinet de recrutement sur un poste de recruteur.
💪🏼 Vous êtes à l’idée de prospectez vos propres clients.
💪🏼 Vous êtes déjà spécialisé sur le recrutement d’un type de métier et/ou vous êtes expert d’un secteur d’activité précis.
💪🏼 Idéalement vous êtes bien implanté sur une zone géographique.
💪🏼 Autonome et organisé, vous savez gérer votre quotidien en toute indépendance.
💪🏼 Vous apportez une énergie positive et une "good vibe" dans l’équipe 😉.
