This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and high-level legal environment perfect for growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including AML, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks. Oversee KYC / AML processes for clients, particularly the identification and verification of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). Develop, implement, and update internal compliance policies and procedures. Train and raise awareness among employees on compliance and risk management topics. Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to external audit requests. Conduct internal audits and provide regular reports to management, highlighting any identified risks. Candidate Profile : Education : A Master's degree in Law is required (from a recognized institution). Languages : Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Experience : Previous experience in a law firm or a similar legal environment is highly desirable.
