Amazon Business EU Sarl - H95Luxembourg, LUXAt Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth To this end, we are seeking a Senior Early Life Cycle (ELM) Project Manager to join our Central RME (Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering) Team. This role demands deep expertise in project management, strong technical proficiency, and the capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
Successful candidates will have Engineering Program and Project Management experience combined with a strong technical problem-solving ability. They will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized project management methodologies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning project goals with business objectives. Will prepare and deliver the Reliability and Maintenance (RME) launch plan for new sites as well as new equipment installations in legacy sites subsequently supporting RME field team in the execution of launch activities. Constantly aiming for safety, better equipment uptime, efficiency, cost management, quality, customer satisfaction, and ultimately profitability within Amazon. The candidate will work closely with field engineering team, the design and construction team, the central reliability team, and operational sites to deliver robust equipment to our network.
This role involves a travel requirement greater of 50%

Key job responsibilities
About the team
The ELM team oversees the transfer of assets (MHE, Base Build, Emerging Tech) to the RME teams, working closely with Project Delivery Teams (e.g., GES, TES, MSP, AR) across Customer Fulfillment (CF), Amazon Transportation Systems (ATS), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), and Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL). Supporting regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, Australia, and engaging for standardization with India / Japan, ELM's mission is to deliver a seamless, efficient building experience from the RME perspective, starting from project launch. This involves key objectives like minimizing downtime, increasing equipment availability, and ensuring RME technician readiness. The team also aims to achieve perfect maintenance accessibility, make initial spare parts available at the right cost, and coordinate external maintenance services, focusing on aligning people, processes, and resources to create a "perfect" building experience from the RME standpoint.
