Project Manager (Software Development)

Your mission : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in software development to lead strategic projects within software development projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high quality, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Project lifecycle management : Define project scope, baselines, and deliverables; plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Methodology & quality : Promote Agile (Scrum / Kanban) best practices, participate in retrospectives and reviews; oversee quality assurance and compliance with software development standards. Risk & change control : Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead formal Change Control Board sessions to manage scope changes. Team leadership & coordination : Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects); define roles using RACI frameworks; support, coach, and motivate teams toward successful delivery. Stakeholder communication : Maintain transparent reporting, escalate issues when needed, and align expectations between business, technical, and external stakeholders. Project closure & optimization : Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reuse. Your profile : Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in telecom or ICT environments Certified in PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum Master) Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence Proven ability to engage and align both technical teams and business stakeholders Analytica...
