Mission description – Intervention scope

Reports to Head of Transfer Agency

Job Summary : experienced Transfer Agent with a strong experience conducting change. This candidate will be supporting change initiatives and process improvements within the TA environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for TA systems and processes.

Change Analyst Responsibilities :

Analyze existing TA processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and risk reduction

Gather and document requirements for change initiative

Support TA Operations functions such as impact analysis, testing, training, and implementation / delivery of changes

Liaise with Operations in Luxembourg and International Operations Centers to ensure change initiatives are effectively delivered.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
