Job descriptionMinimum 6 years of experience in finance or accounting in Luxembourg, including experience in a managerial role; Fully qualified accountant; Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP; exposure to IFRS is an advantage; Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills; Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative team player; Fluent in English (spoken and written).
A well-established international company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for a portfolio of entities. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage a small team, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes within a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals;
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting under Lux GAAP and IFRS;
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
- Coordinate with auditors and internal departments (Legal, Tax, etc.);
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- Manage daily financial operations including payables, payroll, and treasury;
- Participate in various transactions and ad-hoc financial projects;
- Drive process improvements and promote best practices across the team.
