Your responsibilities
- Support the Corporate IT team on daily operations and projects
- Track Azure budgets and help implement cost-saving initiatives
- Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for Cloud and Onsite providers
- Provide end-user and VIP support (floorwalking, IT assistance, video conferences)
- Assist with Facilities Management (IT-related tasks, testing, go-live, and aftercare)
