Job descriptionExcellent German language skills . Very good English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases. Good computer literacy. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Complete support to help you ease your relocation to Greece (we cover your flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, support with the house searching process.) What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform troubleshooting.

- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal.
- Manage customers and support them with a premium experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
- Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.
