Senior Relationship Manager - Deutscher Markt

Deine Herausforderung

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie zum Ausbau und zur Diversifizierung der Kundenbasis der Bank, um die Ertragsbasis nachhaltig zu stärken
  • Ein gut etabliertes Netzwerk an langfristigen Kontakten mit Kunden und Ihre Leidenschaft für die Akquisition ermöglichen es Ihnen, neue Kunden in die Gruppe einzuführen; Ihre Stärke ist das Networking mit Kunden sowie der Auf- und Ausbau neuer Kontakte
  • Die Vertriebs- und Leistungskultur bereitet Ihnen Freude und sie nutzen dabei moderne Technologien und Informationskanäle, um sich mit Kunden auszutauschen und die Touchpoints zu vervielfachen
  • Sie planen gezielt regelmässige Kundenbesuche vor Ort
  • Sie wirken an effektiven Marketingaktivitäten für Kunden mit und repräsentieren die Bank bei Kundenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine bankspezifische Ausbildung bzw. ein einschlägiges Studium, kombiniert mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von vermögenden Privatkunden im internationalen Umfeld
  • Mit Freude repräsentieren sie eine Sales- und Performance Kultur und begeistern Ihre Kunden mit maßgeschneiderten Anlagekonzepten. Dabei beruht Ihr nachweisbarer Erfolg auf intensiven persönlichen und beruflichen Kontakten zu vermögenden Privatkunden
  • Sie sind ein hoch motivierter, ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer, der mit seiner Persönlichkeit überzeugt
  • Ihre hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie ihre Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen sie aus
  • Die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen beherrschen sie sicher; gegenüber neuen Tools und Medien sind sie aufgeschlossen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
