Sales Representative (Full-Time, Hybrid – Luxembourg / Greater Region)

Your Mission
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and
building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll drive new business, manage existing
accounts and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients across industries.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Prospecting new leads through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualifying opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
- Managing and growing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Representing Elora in meetings, events, and demos with a confident, engaging presence
- Collaborating closely with our product and marketing teams to align strategy
- Reporting on sales activity and pipeline in a structured way🔎 What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital, SaaS, or tech industry)
- Native-level French & English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- German is a strong plus
- Proven hunter mentality, you're proactive, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Experience working in or with startups is a plus
