Sogeti - IT Packager

SOGETI is looking for a Consultant IT Packager to join our company.

As part of the Department working exclusively with European Institutions located in Luxembourg, you will be part of a team which interact with 18 team-members from SOGETI, in a multicultural environment.

Consultants can work with a variety of different customers, tools and methodologies; something that would otherwise take many years to gain.

You will be in charge of Applications' packaging used by the client (by Virtualization or MSI); The deployment and the interoperability of the applications with the other programs; MSI packages creation with InstallShield according to the client's recommendations; Creation of virtual App-V packages with InstallShield and Microsoft Application Virtualization; Applications' compatibility tests under Windows 10; Windows 10 packages deployment with SCCM; Scripts' realization (PowerShell) in order to deploy applications; Support and troubleshooting for deployed packages.

Skills & requirements Extensive knowledge in Packaging tools such as InstallShield, Microsoft Application Virtualization and SCCM; Good command in scripting language such as PowerShell, VBScript; Good Knowledge of MS Windows OS family; Knowledge of GPO / local policies; Knowledge of Local Firewall Rules ; Being rigorous and hard-worker; Having organizational skills; Being a team player; Willingness to continually learn Being fluent in English (French or German would be an asset).

Education 5+ years university degree in IT and at least 8 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
