Your role Mobility & Parking Management Manage parking subscriptions via FIORI and ARCHIBUS, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up Liaise with Fonds Belval, security, and reception regarding access issues and incidents Prepare occupancy and rotation forecasts using HR data Fleet & Car-Sharing Management Supervise the daily operation of the car-sharing service and vehicle fleet Validate user accounts on Moovee, manage incidents, fines, and insurance claims Monitor fuel and charging consumption and process related invoices Infrastructure & Project Coordination Participate in the preparation and follow-up of technical mobility projects Act as liaison between Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and internal departments Contribute to sustainable mobility initiatives (charging, intermodality, CO₂ reduction) Analysis & Reporting Consolidate and analyse data to produce monthly reports and dashboards Identify areas for improvement and ensure quality and traceability of procedures Communication & Coordination Serve as main contact for mobility-related matters and manage ServiceNow requests Draft internal bilingual communications and coordinate between key departments Your profile Strong experience in administrative management, service coordination and budget follow-up Excellent command of internal tools : FIORI, BI, ServiceNow, Atlas, Archibus, Outlook Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with varied internal and external stakeholders Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English Ability to structure, prioritize and secure processes efficiently Genuine interest in sustainable mobility, energy efficiency and innovation Team spirit, autonomy and strong sense of public service We offer Multilingual and international character.
