What will you do?
As a
Principal ERP Consultant with a specialization in Odoo
, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects. This position requires strong autonomy, leadership in managing client relationships end-to-end, and strategic oversight of Odoo-based ERP implementations.
Your responsibilities will include :
Analysis & scoping :
Lead client meetings, assess business needs, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for optimization.
Estimation & planning :
Evaluate project workload, develop commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
Requirements translation :
Convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Project delivery & support :
Ensure successful project execution, maintain long-term client relationships, and provide post-go-live support.
Team coordination :
Collaborate closely with internal and / or external functional and technical teams, acting as a senior advisor and reference point.
This offer is for you if :
You have
at least 5 years of proven experience
implementing Odoo ERP solutions;
You have knowledge of
Agile / Scrum methodologies
You hold an
Odoo certification
(v16, 17, or 18);
You have solid knowledge of
core business processes
(finance, supply chain, sales, CRM, etc.);
You demonstrate excellent
analytical skills
and the ability to understand complex business needs;
You are
autonomous
, responsible, and have outstanding interpersonal skills;
You are experienced in
project management
and leading functional workshops;
You speak French and English fluently. German and / or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
