We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Avaloq to lead and drive transformation initiatives, system implementations, and development deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked hands-on with Avaloq, understands its architecture and capabilities, and can manage complex projects involving change and innovation within the platform.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for Avaloq-related initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage development deliveries and change requests within the Avaloq ecosystem.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and Avaloq capabilities.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Act as a subject matter expert on Avaloq, advising stakeholders on best practices and system optimization.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Required skills & experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Avaloq-related projects.
Strong understanding of Avaloq core banking system, including its modules, customization, and integration capabilities.
Experience in managing transformation and implementation projects around Avaloq.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
