Job description

Notre client est une Société de Gestion internationale disposant d'une licence UCITS & AIFM au Luxembourg, spécialisée dans les fonds liquides et alternatifs (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure).

Basée au cœur de Luxembourg-ville, la structure gère des véhicules multi-juridictionnels et collabore avec des investisseurs institutionnels, banques privées et family offices européens.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Risk & Compliance , nous recherchons un(e) : Risk Manager !

Vos responsabilités :

En tant que Risk Manager, vous serez en charge de :

Mise en oeuvre et maintenance du Risk Management Framework
Suivi quotidien, hebdo & mensuel des risques
Contrôle des limites, stress tests, VaR, scénarios extrêmes
Contrôle des prestataires : administrateur de fonds, dépositaires, valuation
Suivi incidents, pertes opérationnelles, remédiations
Contribution aux rapports
Préparation documentation pour conseils & comités Risques
Participation aux projets internes
Interaction directe avec Conducting officers et fonctions clés

Votre profil :

En tant que Risk Manager, vous avez :

Minimum 3-7 ans d'expérience en Risk Management

Excellente maîtrise d'Excel

Langues : Français + Anglais courants (allemand et / ou luxembourgeois = atout)

Connaissance AIFMD & UCITS, circulaires CSSF, risk control framework

Bonne maîtrise des risques :

Marché, liquidité, contrepartie

Risques opérationnels & outsourcing

Valuation oversigh / NAV control

Minimum 3-7 ans d'expérience en Risk Management
