HRIS & Portfolio Coordinator (m / f / n) Department : Group Human Resources | Location : Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract : CDI | Job requisition N°19760 Your tasks You supervise and operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations You supervise and operate user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third party systems You support HR units in the digitalization of their processes You supervise and maintain the user permission in HRIS systems You carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS You work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system You perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support You follow up on all projects within the HR department You collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes (PMC2, procurement, …) Your profile You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field You have minimum 2 years of experience in the field You are a team-player but also capable of working independently You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality You are proficient with IT tools and systems You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English What we offer The opportunity to work for a Group committed to energy transition A positive corporate culture with strong values A competitive salary, bonus and gratification Many other benefits ...
