Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lawyers, ensuring seamless coordination of agendas, correspondence and daily priorities. Assist in the preparation, formatting and review of legal documents, helping the team deliver accurate and high-quality work. Organise meetings, business trips and logistics, enabling lawyers to focus on client matters and case strategy. Facilitate clear communication with clients and external stakeholders, reinforcing the firm's professional and reliable image. Profile : Proven experience of 3 years in an administrative or PA role; previous law firm experience is highly valued as it ensures immediate understanding of the legal environment. Excellent command of French, English and German, allowing smooth interaction with international clients and colleagues. Strong organisational sense, discretion and the ability to prioritise effectively, especially in a demanding and fast-paced setting.
