Your day to day

As a Data Architect with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, you will support a large-scale migration project from SAP Business Objects to Power BI. Your role will involve designing and optimizing BI architecture while working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Design, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Business Objects universes (version 4.3)
  • Migration of reports and dashboards from SAP BO to Microsoft Power BI
  • Definition and implementation of scalable, high-performance BI architecture
  • Active participation in data warehouse modeling and ETL processes
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies :
  • SSIS for data integration
  • SSRS for report development
  • SSAS for analytical models and OLAP cubes
  • Technical evaluation of BI tools and proposal of architecture strategies
  • Effort estimation and technical planning for migration and transformation projects
  • Ensuring alignment with data governance and compliance frameworks
  • Production of clear, well-structured technical documentation and deliverables

Your profile

  • Proven experience in data architecture and enterprise BI environments
  • Expertise in SAP Business Objects (reporting structure and universe design)
  • Proficient in Power BI for interactive dashboards and automated reporting
  • Advanced skills in SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles
  • Experience with ETL workflows and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and data governance best practices
  • Industry experience in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in French (mandatory); proficiency in English is a plus
