Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment (Microsoft Cloud). Experience supporting VIP users and managing daily IT operations. Familiarity with video conferencing systems (video walls, large conference setups). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint ; Azure experience is an asset. University degree in Computer Science or related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Integration into a strategic European public project . Work alongside a dynamic, highly qualified international team. Competitive conditions and a professional work environment.
🔗 Subject Matter Expert (SME) – On-site in Luxembourg
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a European public institution project in Luxembourg. The selected professional will support IT and Facilities Management operations in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both Cloud and Onsite service providers.
📍 Location : Luxembourg – On-site presence 4 days / week (1 remote day)
💼 Contract Type : Freelance - Full time
📆 Project Duration : 12-months with possibility of extension.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate IT team across multiple technical and administrative areas.
- Monitor ticket quality, provider performance, and SLA compliance.
- Assist with Azure budget tracking and cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide end-user and VIP support , including floorwalking and on-site assistance.
- Set up and troubleshoot video conferences and events.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management on IT-related activities such as business analysis, testing, go-live, and post-implementation follow-up.
