Job descriptionProvide Expert Support : Act as a key point for Level 2 / 3 support, investigating and resolving complex hardware and software issues. Manage Systems & Deployments : Utilize advanced tools like Microsoft SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and system configurations. Maintain IT Infrastructure : Configure, install, and support a wide range of technology, including computers, servers, and peripherals. Implement Security & Backup Solutions : Work with enterprise-grade anti-virus and backup technologies to ensure system integrity. Document & Improve : Create and update technical documentation and inventory records to help improve team knowledge. Collaborate & Guide : Work effectively within the team, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex procedures. A 4-year Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support or system administration role. Valid visa to work in Luxembourg. Fluency in English and French. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suites. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM for software deployment and management. Familiarity with backup tools (e.g., VEEAM, NetBackup) and anti-virus solutions (e.g., McAfee ePO). A solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, routing).
