Sales Operations Analyst

Solar Screen is a leading European provider of adhesive solutions specializing in window, walls, and furniture. With over 40 years of industry presence, we have developed an expansive international network, comprising more than 5000 professional installers. Our commitment to superior service, product expertise, and innovation has been pivotal in achieving double-digit growth annually over the last 6 years. To reinforce our Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Analyst.

Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will join a multicultural and dynamic team. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the Sales team, steer commercial performance and contribute to strategic business decisions.

As a key member of the Sales team, you will act as the backbone of commercial operations. Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Build and maintain sales dashboards to track performance across regions and product lines per sales rep
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and identify gaps or growth opportunities.
  • Prepare, coordinate and follow up on commercial actions (product pushes, campaigns, sales targets, incentives).
  • Support business reviews with actionable insights and data storytelling (Sales meetings, ExCo reports, management requests).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure end-to-end visibility on performance.

Your Profile

  • First successful experience in Sales Ops, Business Analysis or similar roles in a commercial and international environments
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail : proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other BI / reporting tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in Project management and CRM (NetSuite)
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to turn data into business insights
  • Fluent in English and French; another European language is a plus
