As an M&A Corporate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include : Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and legal documents. Playing a key role in collaborative efforts. Providing tailored corporate advice for M&A transactions. Advising both local and international clients on matters such as structuring, restructuring, and general corporate issues. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications : Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A. Familiarity with Luxembourg laws, preferably holding the CCDL or an equivalent certification. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
