We are currently looking for a Supply chain Officer on behalf of one of our clients based i n Differdange.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role : contribute to the development of sales forecasts, analyze trends, and take part in the continuous improvement of the planning process.

Participate in developing sales forecasts by analyzing customer data, historical data, and market trends.

Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to corrective actions in case of discrepancies.

Prepare and consolidate planning reports and KPIs for management.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to incorporate promotions, product launches, and supply capacities into the forecasts.

Contribute to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.

Participate in optimizing tools, processes, and databases related to demand planning.

Ensure data quality in forecasting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field.

First experience (min. 2–3 years) in demand planning, supply planning, business analysis, or an analytical role.

Strong data skills, advanced Excel, and ideally experience with SAP / APO or forecasting tools.

Ability to analyze, structure, and clearly present conclusions.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies (Power BI, analytics platforms, etc.).

Languages : professional proficiency in German and English . French or Italian is a plus.
