Support our activities of Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary Prepare / review draft contracts, corporate and compliance documents. Prepare the legal formalities to approve the annual accounts of about 1.000 Luxembourgish companies (holding and commercial companies) and the filling of the accounts to the business registry. Follow the renewal of mandate of directors and auditors of the companies, as well as the filing of the NIN and RBE register. Support for KYC and RBE analyses, updating internal tools Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders for clear and effective communication for client deliverables.
