As a member of the International Mobility team, you will help manage global assignments, oversee mobility budgets, and ensure accurate billing, all while contributing to a seamless experience for our expatriate employees.

Your contribution to our success

Manage and monitor the invoicing process related to international assignments.

Prepare, monitor and update mobility budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes

Contribute to process improvement

Be a key contact for employees and assignees

Your skills

Must have

A previous experience in a similar position

Good understanding of basic financial principles (invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)

Excellent interpersonal skills & very good team player

Fluency in French and English required

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in HR or Admin

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Process and solution oriented, proactive, ability to propose solutions
