Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer – Human-Sized International Law Firm

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Lawyer – M&A – Transactions – Law – Advisory – Legal - Avocat

Advise national and international clients on corporate law and governance matters, with strong involvement in cross-border projects.
Manage M&A transactions , restructurings, and joint ventures, from structuring to execution.
Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, contracts, and other corporate documentation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare analyses on complex corporate topics.
Build long-term relationships with clients through tailored and strategic advice.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (banks, notaries, auditors) and collaborate with other departments internally.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Lawyer – M&A – Transactions – Law – Advisory – Legal - Avocat

At least 4 years of experience in Corporate law and / or M&A within a Luxembourg law firm is required.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar.

Fluency in French and English is required; German language will be considered a plus.

Strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.

A pragmatic mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive, client-oriented, and eager to contribute to the firm’s growth.
