Support officer for corporate financing operations M / F

Our client is a famous international Bank located in Kirchberg. They are looking for a temporary worker for a 6 months assignment in order to reinforcing the current team.

Credit Contracting is responsible for helping coverage to structure corporate financing transactions (credit, guarantees), handling (contracting, encoding and lifecycle managing) and monitoring all services supporting corporate financing portfolio management and internal and external reporting activities. The CC team is currently reinforcing its control execution and the data quality process optimization to improve the operational efficiency, operational risk controlling, the data quality of the global process and to harmonize the operational setup to serve the involved Business Lines (Retail, Corporate and Wealth Management), in cooperation with Risk and Legal teams and support of IT and CDO teams.

This current reinforcement implies significant workload additional to business as usual activities and requires additional support on various tasks.

Your Main Activities Are :

• Management of physical mails and original documentation (scanning, sending, chasing)
• Monitoring of team mailbox and allocation of emails within the team
• Input of collaterals / in our IT system
• Basic analysis and simple treatment of anomalies relating to Real Estate collaterals CPE and periodic valuation automated processes
• Basic analysis and simple treatment of hits from Data Quality dashboard
• Formalization of operational controls
• Production of performance indicators on the support activities
