German speaking Senior Legal Officer (m / f)

Mission

Responsibilities

Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions

Organise board and shareholder meetings

Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register

Drafting corporate documents and agreements

Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments

Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order

Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Profile

Profile

Degree educated in Law

4 years of relevant working experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary

Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements

Fluent in written and spoken German and English

Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team

PC literate
