Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – German-speaking – Luxembourg – Fiduciary

Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, including SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPFs, from incorporation to liquidation.
Draft and review corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions, minutes, statutory changes, and annual accounts.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure proper filing with the relevant authorities.
Act as a main point of contact for German-speaking clients, liaising with banks, notaries, auditors, and administrations.
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory obligations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (accounting, tax, compliance, investment funds) to provide comprehensive client service.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – German-speaking – Luxembourg – Fiduciary

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate administration or company law in Luxembourg.

Fluent in German and French, with a very good command of English.

Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate structures (SOPARFIs, SPFs, SCSp).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks autonomously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Attractive package up to €65,000 gross / year, depending on profile and experience.
