Compliance Officer

Your Day to Day

• Oversee adherence to regulatory frameworks including AML / CFT legislation, GDPR, EMIR, MiFID II, and UCITS / AIFMD directives
• Conduct comprehensive compliance risk evaluations and contribute to annual monitoring program development
• Deliver regulatory guidance to operational teams across fund administration, transfer agency, and custody services
• Assess and enhance internal policy documentation to maintain regulatory compliance standards
• Execute second-line oversight of client due diligence processes, transaction surveillance, and ongoing monitoring activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business units
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on compliance-related inquiries and submissions
• Review marketing materials and distribution documentation for international fund offerings
• Track regulatory updates and facilitate internal compliance training initiatives
• Assist senior compliance leadership in preparing statutory reports and managing regulatory correspondence
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance monitoring and control activities
