Intern - IT Support (6 / 12 months) H / F

In the frame of Amundi Luxembourg, we are looking for a 6-12 months IT support intern (part-time or full-time) :

Assignments :

Under the supervision of his / her tutor in Amundi Luxembourg, the intern will be responsible of :

Joining the IT team on infrastructure & support tasks :

• Understand the user questions and respond with supportive & openminded solutions
• Dive into helpdesk challenges autonomously to find a solution, optionally consulting the Luxembourg peers or the expert teams
• Provide user guidelines for self-aid
• Complete IT knowledge base with solutions identified
• Share innovation with the team improving existing processes
• Prepare and share Teams-based surveys
• Setup (automated) reports on statistics available or on the current situation
• Maintain the existing infrastructure and software environment by the users needs
• Implement new components following the dynamic of the IT landscape on the Finance industry
• Ensure IT Security by following the regulatory needs and best-practice standards.

Participating in employee training actions to the requirements of Compliance (AML, Fraud)

Participating in the permanent improvement of the systems in place.
