This esteemed position entails the adept management of fund event projects encompassing a myriad of services such as Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody etc... The incumbent is expected to engage in client-facing interactions to deftly navigate a diverse array of intricate topics pertaining to fund management.
The Business Implementation Project Manager shall preside over events including, yet not limited to :
Commencement of new funds / sub-funds
Funds migrations In or Out
Sub-funds mergers
Funds / sub-funds liquidations
Alteration of fund / sub-fund related parties
Other pertinent prospectus modifications
The structures involved may be subject to various legislative frameworks and encompass both conventional and alternative / hybrid structures.
The pivotal responsibilities of this role encompass :
Serving as a primary point of contact for esteemed clients and acting as their internal sponsor
Cultivating robust relationships with clients to facilitate structuring projects
Overseeing end-to-end business operational implementation projects for both new and existing clients
Engaging in collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders and managing proficient project teams
Compiling requirements for new business initiatives and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables
Implementing the Target Operating Model with clients and promptly escalating any deviations
Managing internal and external communications with stakeholders in a judicious manner
Proactively escalating potential issues to senior management for timely resolution
Participating in the perpetual enhancement of the onboarding process
Effectively managing deviations with pertinent stakeholders

Offer Requirements
Business : Candidates should possess prior experience within a Financial Securities Service provider or a management company.
Technical : Proficiency in Operational Project Management is required, along with a sound technical understanding of the underlying products.
Functional : Demonstrable transversal knowledge in at least one of the following business lines is essential : FA - TA - Custody, with preferable exposure to Fund Dealing, Depositary function, Fund Distribution, Middle Office, and FX.
Language : Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory, with knowledge of German being considered an additional advantage.
