Fund Accountant

We are seeking a Fund Accountant for one of our clients, an international financial services company located in Luxembourg. This position offers the opportunity to work within a multicultural environment and gain in-depth exposure to alternative investment structures such as Private Equity and Real Estate. As a Fund Accoutant your main Responsabilities will be : Maintain general ledgers and ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded. Process transactions related to investments, cash movements, and corporate actions. Prepare and review periodic valuations and Net Asset Values (NAVs). Reconcile accounts and portfolios with internal and external data. Prepare management and regulatory reports for investors and authorities. Support the audit process and liaise with auditors and service providers. Contribute to the enhancement of accounting processes and internal controls. Your Profile : As a Fund Accountant you have : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting, ideally within Private Equity or Real Estate environments. Strong technical understanding of accounting principles (LuxGAAP or IFRS exposure is a plus). Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is considered an advantage.
