SPV Accounting

Our client is a global investment manager specializing in European real estate and asset-backed credit opportunities . They are currently looking for a SPV Accountant to join their team !

Your responsabilities :

As SPV Fund Accountant, you will :

Execute the daily accounting and monthly / quarterly closing processes for several Luxembourgish investment vehicles.

Prepare statutory accounts and annual tax returns to ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards.

Perform cash reconciliations and monitor debt service accounts to maintain accurate financial tracking.

Manage invoice processing and coordinate inter-company recharges between various internal entities.

Support the Managing Director with interest statements and ad hoc reporting for international stakeholder

Profile :

Between 1 and 3 years of experience within the Luxembourgish fund industry or a specialized fiduciary.

Technical command of LuxGAAP and previous exposure to debt or real estate structures.

Fluency in English and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software like eFront .
