Transfer Pricing Manager

Your role will be :

• Manage and coordinate Transfer Pricing Documentation Preparation : Draft Local Files, Master Files, mainly in the Financial Services sector, and other transfer pricing compliance reports to meet OECD guidelines and local regulations.
• Perform and supervise Economic and Financial Analysis and Benchmarking Analysis : Use specialized databases to identify comparable companies and transactions and determine arm's length pricing for intercompany transactions.
• Conduct Functional Analyses : analyze the functions performed, assets used and risk assumed by entities being part of a group in various industries to determine their contribution to the value chain and ensure appropriate pricing of intergroup transactions.
• Advise on all aspects of intercompany pricing between related business entities, including in particular, financing transactions, services and others;
• Work closely with the Senior Managers, Directors as well as with Partners from all services lines in supporting client management and marketing initiatives as well as driving knowledge building of junior staff.
