Innovation Trainee (m / f)

For a period of 6 months

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Business & Digital Transformation team. As a Trainee, you will assist in testing AI systems to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Explore the possibilities of emerging technologies.

Develop test strategies and plans for Generative AI implementations.

Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.

Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve AI models.

Document testing processes and results.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in information technology.

Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.

Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA is a distinct advantage.

Ideally knowledge in life insurance but at least having interest in finance.

Familiarity with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
