Deine Aufgaben

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat

Fehlerbehebung bei Konto- oder Technikproblemen und Weiterleitung bei Bedarf

Sicherstellung korrekter Dokumentation und zeitnaher Nachverfolgung

Hohe Kundenzufriedenheit gewährleisten

Dein Profil

Deutsch C2 / Muttersprache

Englisch B2 oder höher

EU-Pass oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland

Flexibilität für Vor-Ort- oder Remote-Arbeit mit rotierenden Schichten (MontagSonntag, je nach Projekt)

Motivation, mindestens 1 Woche vor Arbeitsbeginn nach Griechenland umzuziehen (bei Vor-Ort-Stellen)
