Your responsibilities :

• You lead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, ensuring their growth and performance.
• You oversee the administration and evolution of Linux-based infrastructure, virtualisation (VMware), networking, and storage systems.
• You drive automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• You ensure the availability, security, and compliance of IT systems and networks.
• You manage technical operations including deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
• You collaborate with the CTO and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning.
• You document processes and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
