Mechanical Engineer (M / W / X)

Manpower Luxembourg's recruitment firm is seeking, on behalf of one of its clients, an innovative industrial company, a Mechanical Engineer (permanent contract). As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the development of innovative mechanical solutions and to the design of components and equipment intended for high value–added industrial applications. Your responsibilities : Design and develop lightweight mechanical components Design tools and specific equipment related to production processes Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of existing processes Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and bills of materials Work closely with project and technical teams Your profile : Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position Strong experience in mechanical design and / or design of technical components Good knowledge of stress analysis and manufacturing processes Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork Structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in a 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks (an asset) Programming skills appreciated (VBA, Python) Fluency in En...
