Program Manager, External Fulfillment - EU

External Fulfillment supports EU Retail Operations in identifying the best ways to fulfill products that Amazon FCs (Fulfillment Centers) cannot currently support. External Fulfillment i) works with retail and network planning teams to prioritize potential solutions, ii) scopes, develops and coordinates the execution with the 3PLs and iii) manages the daily operations.

The Special Projects and Expansion Program Manager will be responsible for both launch and improvement projects of new business developments or scaling existing operations. The Program manager will be interfacing with the Finance, Procurement, Retail, Supply Chain and Transportation teams and External as well as Internal Fulfillment Operations partners. You will contribute to the development of Amazon flexible & customer-centric fulfillment.

Key job responsibilities

Lead and manage European External Fulfillment expansion projects, focusing on :

Technical Leadership :

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for new 3PL nodes;
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization;
• Manage stakeholder expectations;
• Ensure project requirements and resources alignment.
